Hangzhou ABS Gear Ring Co., Ltd., situated in Suoqian, Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou, P. R. China,
is the only company focuses on developing,manufacturing and marketing of vehicle ABS gear ring
products. The main products of ours’ ABS gear ringproducts 、have four types, including powder
metallurgy gear ring, pressing sheet gear ring, cutting gear ring and magnetic gear ring, 400 kinds
products, with 12,000,000 units manufacture capacity per year, can be used into ABS system of
passenger cars, buses, heavyduty trucks, adopted by domestic OEMs, chassis suppliers and ABS system
manufacturers.
We have production and testing and measuring equipments of powder metallurgy, pressing,
cutting metal, magnetic gear ring products, and DACROMET surface coating line. We have ability
of designing, manufacturing and surface coating ABS gear rings. We can fulfill customer’s
requests of ABS gear ring products, according to German Standard（ DIN309105）， US standard
（ MPIF35）and Japan's JIS standard. Meanwhile,we have series of testing, measuring and quality
insurance ,through the ISO/TS16949:2009 third party quality
